U.S. Navy Retired, a product of Rickover’s Navy.  I served because I wanted to.  My son serves now because he wants to.  I pretty much hated most of the time I was in the Navy.  Don’t get me wrong, I had a lot of fun.  And the career I chose has served me well after the Navy.  But my family struggled.  Long separations, little money, moving often.  It is a testament to my wife’s fortitude that we stayed married, and my children are not hooligans.  (Well, one is a tree hugger, but that’s for later posts).

 

I believe that if something offends you on TV, turn the channel. If something makes you upset on the web, navigate away. But just because you don’t like it, don’t tell me I can’t look at it. If I want to see a set of 38DD on my computer, who are you to tell me it is obscene and I can’t look at it. Get out of my life, and deal with your own.

 

 

I live in Montana.  I am very happy here.  Montana is one of the few states that has considered Personal Freedom and Privacy before enacting any state law.  I have lived in Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Washington.  I have visited most of the southern, midwestern, and northwestern states.  I think California is the land of Fruits and Nuts.  I think Florida has some of the most beautiful women in the world.  I firmly believe that the more populated the city, the less in touch the people are with the “Fly-over” nation.

 

I think there is a sharp contrast between the actions in New Orleans during Katrina, and the actions in Mississippi and Alabama.  Or compare it to the Midwest flooding happeneing now.  Draw your own conclusions.

 

I think Owl Gore should change his name to Richard Cranium.  I believe we are in the midst of climate change, but I think anyone who thinks WE are the cause of it should seek professional help immediately.  I have absolutly no respect for the Nobel Peace prize since it was given to Yaser Arafat, Owl Gore, and the UN.  In fact, I think the UN needs to relocate, and we should reevaluate our position with it.

 

I am a conservative/libertarian. I believe in as little government intrusion as possible. I believe our elected officials for the past 15 years are completely whacked out, and most of them suffer from a severe case of Cranial-Rectal insertion. Bring back Zell Miller and Sam Nunn
